His passion for empowering finance companies drives every strategic decision, ensuring clients have the tools they need to thrive in competitive markets. Theo's deep commitment to the consumer finance industry is evident in his hands-on approach and dedication to maintaining the personal relationships that have defined Megasys for over 40 years. Theo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on Quantitative Methods from California State University, Long Beach.

With a Computer Science degree and software development experience dating back to 1994, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and financial acumen to his role. Cory's love for problem-solving and innovation in the lending technology space has made him an invaluable leader who truly understands both the numbers and the code. His dedication to building sustainable, ethical financial systems reflects his commitment to helping finance companies succeed responsibly. As CFO, Cory oversees all finance operations, strategic planning, and corporate governance while continuing to provide technical insight that drives product innovation.
John Fuhrer

John began his Megasys career in 1999 as a Support Technician, learning the platform from the ground up by directly supporting clients. His genuine passion for solving complex technical challenges and making systems work seamlessly for users defines his leadership style. John's unwavering dedication to excellence and his deep respect for the finance industry have earned him the trust of both his team and clients. His deep understanding of customer needs, combined with 25+ years of enterprise application development experience, led to his appointment as Chief Software Architect, a position he held for 11 years. Now serving as CTO, John leads the technical vision for the Omega platform, overseeing architecture, security, and innovation with the same hands-on commitment that has characterized his entire career.

Maite originally joined Megasys in 1995 as a Support Technician and gained valuable experience through 2000. She later returned in 2008 to continue her growth with the company. Throughout her tenure, she has held key positions including Technical Trainer, Installations Manager, and VP of Installations, giving her comprehensive knowledge of every operational aspect of the business. As COO, Maite oversees daily operations, client implementations, technical support, and ensures exceptional service delivery across all departments with the same personal touch and commitment to excellence that has defined her entire career.
